The mission analysis and estimate process are tools for senior managers and decision makers to move from problems to solutions, although the process is suitable for leaders at all levels.  The leader considers all the circumstances affecting the situation and decides on the best course of action to be pursued to accomplish the mission.  The process includes clarifying the desired end state and establishing and determining clear priorities for areas where effort and resources should be focused.   This training can also include instruction on the principles of war and how they can be adapted to develop business strategies at the strategic, operational or tactical level of your organization.
