Followership is a responsibility no less important than that of leadership – in fact it enables good leadership - yet it is often ignored. This training focuses on the mantra “to be a good leader, you must be a good follower”. Whether we like to admit it or not, we all play the role of follower much of the time - regardless of our position. This session will examine the multiple roles followers play and their often complex relationship to leaders. Refining your own followership skills is an excellent means to become a more effective leader while gaining a better understanding of your duties and responsibilities to your own superiors.
